The Budget Line Item Request Form is intended to give Montclair Staff, PTO Committees, and Members the opportunity to formally submit funding requests for inclusion in the 2026–2027 budget. This process ensures transparency, thoughtful planning, and equitable consideration of proposed expenses before the budget is finalized.

All submitted requests will be reviewed and carefully considered. However, submission of a request does not guarantee approval or inclusion in the final 2026–2027 budget. Funding decisions will be based on overall budget constraints, organizational priorities, and alignment with our mission and goals.
